Marisqueria Puertecillo’s Instagram Sweepstakes Legal Bases of the day 31/07/2024.
1. Organizers
The sweepstakes is organized by Marisquería Puertecillo (hereinafter “the Organizer”).
2. Participation
All persons of legal age are eligible to participate in the raffle.
3. Mechanics of the raffle
To participate, interested parties must:
- Follow the Instagram account @marisqueria_puertecillo.
- Like the sweepstakes post.
- Tag in the comments the person with whom they would share dinner.
4. Award
The prize consists of a dinner for two at any of the three Puertecillo restaurants, which includes:
- Mussel (steamed or marinated)
- Andalusian squid
- Grilled cockles
- Cuttlefish or squid (Andalusian or grilled)
- Grilled shrimp
- Bottle of Peces de Ciudad wine, beer, soft drink or water
- Bread
- Sauce
5. Award Conditions
- The winner will have one month to enjoy his/her prize, counted from the winner’s announcement date.
- Quantities of seafood and other foods will be determined by the facility.
- The winner must make a reel of their dinner and post it on their Instagram account tagging @marisqueria_puertecillo.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly using the APPSorteos tool among all participants who meet the established requirements. The winner will be announced on 07/31/2024 via our Instagram account.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
8. Acceptance of the Award
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. Image Usage
The participant accepts that, in case of winning, his/her image and reel of the dinner may be used by Marisquería Puertecillo for advertising purposes.
10. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the management of the sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties.
11. Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in this sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the sweepstakes in the event that its correct development cannot be guaranteed, as established in these rules.
