Bases Legals del Sorteig d’Instagram de Marisqueria Puertecillo del dia 31\/07\/2024<\/b><\/h2>\n

1. Organitzadors<\/b><\/h3>\n

El sorteig \u00e9s organitzat per Marisqueria Puertecillo (d’ara endavant \u00abl’Organitzador\u00bb).<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Participaci\u00f3<\/b><\/h3>\n

Podran participar en el sorteig totes aquelles persones grans.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Mec\u00e0nica del sorteig<\/b><\/h3>\n

Per participar, els interessats hauran de:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Seguiu el compte d’Instagram @marisqueria_puertecillo.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Donar-li like a la publicaci\u00f3 del sorteig.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Etiquetar als comentaris la persona amb qui compartirien el sopar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4. Premi<\/b><\/h3>\n

    El premi consisteix en un sopar per a dues persones a qualsevol dels tres locals de Puertecillo, que inclou:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Musclo (vapor o marinera)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Calamarson andalusa<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Escopinyes a la planxa<\/span><\/li>\n
    • S\u00edpia o calamar (andalusa oa la planxa)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Gambes a la planxa<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ampolla de vi Peixos de ciutat, cervesa, refresc o aigua<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Pa<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Salsa<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. Condicions del Premi<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • El guanyador tindr\u00e0 un mes per gaudir del premi, comptat a partir de la data d’anunci del guanyador.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Les quantitats de marisc i altres aliments seran determinades pel local.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • El guanyador haur\u00e0 de fer un reel del seu sopar i publicar-lo al compte d’Instagram etiquetant @marisqueria_puertecillo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Selecci\u00f3 del Guanyador<\/b><\/h3>\n

        El guanyador ser\u00e0 seleccionat de manera aleat\u00f2ria utilitzant l’eina APPSorteig entre tots els participants que compleixin els requisits establerts. L’anunci del guanyador es far\u00e0 el dia 31\/07\/2024 a trav\u00e9s del nostre compte d’Instagram.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7. Notificaci\u00f3 al Guanyador<\/b><\/h3>\n

        El guanyador ser\u00e0 notificat mitjan\u00e7ant un missatge directe a Instagram. Si el guanyador no respon dins de les 48 hores seg\u00fcents a la notificaci\u00f3, el premi es considera desert i es tria un nou guanyador.<\/span><\/p>\n

        8. Acceptaci\u00f3 del Premi<\/b><\/h3>\n

        El premi \u00e9s personal i intransferible, i no es pot bescanviar per diners en efectiu ni per altres productes.<\/span><\/p>\n

        9. \u00das de la Imatge<\/b><\/h3>\n

        El participant accepta que, en cas de resultar guanyador, la seva imatge i reel del sopar podran ser utilitzats per Marisquer\u00eda Puertecillo amb finalitats publicit\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/p>\n

        10. Protecci\u00f3 de dades personals<\/b><\/h3>\n

        Les dades personals recollides seran utilitzades exclusivament per a la gesti\u00f3 del sorteig i no seran compartides amb tercers.<\/span><\/p>\n

        11. Acceptaci\u00f3 de les Bases<\/b><\/h3>\n

        La participaci\u00f3 en aquest sorteig implica l\u201facceptaci\u00f3 \u00edntegra d\u201faquestes bases legals. L’organitzador es reserva el dret de modificar, suspendre o cancel\u00b7lar el sorteig en cas que no se’n pugui garantir el correcte desenvolupament, segons el que estableixen aquestes bases.<\/span><\/p>\n
